Zandvoort, a lovely coastal town, frequently visited by locals, but tourists also like to spend their summers here. Zandvoort aan Zee train station is a 1-minute walk away. This lovely detached house by the sea has everything you need to feel like you're on holiday every day!

Surroundings:
Zandvoort aan Zee train station is literally at the end of the street. So you have an excellent connection to all surrounding cities, such as Haarlem and Amsterdam. The Zandvoort beach is also a stone's throw away. Not to mention its pleasant boulevards with numerous restaurants and of course the famous Zandvoort circuit.

Layout:
Through the entrance you walk through to the living room with gas fireplace. This is directly connected to the open kitchen, which is fully equipped. The kitchen has a boiling water tap, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and more than enough cupboard space. In the extension of this kitchen there is also a spacious utility room, in the same contemporary style as the kitchen.

Through the double doors you walk into the sunny backyard, where you also walk into the guest house. This room has everything you need to rent it out, but also to offer guests private accommodation. When we say everything, we really mean everything is there. A private kitchen with cooking facilities, space for a spacious double bed and also a private bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The garden also has a spacious storage room, with a separate entrance from the street side, so that guests of the guesthouse do not have to go through the house.

On the first floor there are another 3 spacious bedrooms with designer fans in the ceiling. Two of these rooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and at the front there is access to a cozy and pleasant balcony. This living floor also has a luxurious bathroom that is completely up-to-date. The sleek finish in combination with the black taps provide an attractive and hotel-like appearance.
