NS station Zandvoort aan Zee is literally at the end of the street. You therefore have excellent connections to all nearby cities, such as Haarlem and Amsterdam. Also, within walking distance is the Zandvoort beach. Not to forget its cozy boulevards with numerous restaurants and, of course, the famous Zandvoort circuit.

Layout:
Through the entrance, you walk into the living room with a gas fireplace. This is directly connected to the open kitchen, which is equipped with all conveniences. The kitchen has a hot water tap, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and more than enough cabinet space. Adjacent to this kitchen is also a spacious utility room, in the same contemporary style as the kitchen.

Through the double French doors, you walk into the sunny backyard, where you can also easily enter the guesthouse. This room has everything you need to rent it out, but also to provide guests with private accommodation. By everything, we really mean that everything is present. A private kitchen with cooking facilities, space for a large double bed, and also a private bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The garden also has a spacious storage shed, with a separate entrance from the street side, so that guests of the guesthouse do not have to pass through the house.

On the first floor, there are 3 more spacious bedrooms with designer ceiling fans. Two of these rooms have large built-in closets, and at the front, there is access to a cozy and charming balcony. Also on this floor is a luxury bathroom that is completely modern. The sleek finish combined with the black faucets creates an inviting and hotel-like atmosphere.
